SRC was recently notified of their Prime win of the Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA)
"Seaport Enhanced" contract. This contract is a major Naval Sea Systems Command Multi-Award Contract - IDIQ
effort with an estimated value of $3.5B and a term of 15 years.
Geographical zones determined the criteria for this contract. SRC was awarded a Prime contract in each of
the seven competed zones. Members of the winning SRC Team are:
MILCOM Systems Corporation
Research and Development Solutions, Inc. (RDSI)
Systems Integration & Management, Inc. (SIM)
PURVIS Systems Incorporated (PURVIS)
Capstone Corporation
Atlantic Ordinance International
Knowledge Information Solutions
Cadillac Cables LLC.
In addition to our Prime award, SRC is also aligned as a subcontractor with five other Prime awardees:
QED, EG&G, RDSI, PURVIS, and SIM (two large and three small businesses).
The Seaport Enhanced contract provides SRC access to a relatively new and significant Navy client base
and will accommodate all SRC business sectors. Seaport Enhanced is intended to provide support services
for all phases of naval ship and shipboard weapon systems including Research & Development Support,
Prototyping, Acquisition, Logistics, Modeling, Test & Evaluation Trials, and Engineering Support for
Warfare Centers, Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters, field activities, and affiliated Program Executive Offices.
