Hotel Information

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites, which is adjacent to the Charleston Area Convention Center and the venue for the workshop. The rates have been discounted for our event; however, you must register with the hotel prior to June 15, 2009 to guarantee availability and rate using the group/convention code "SCR" when prompted.

  • Embassy Suites - Airport/Hotel & Convention Center is located one mile from the Charleston International Airport and adjacent to the Charleston Area Convention Center. For each of its guests, a complimentary full cooked-to-order breakfast is served daily in the atrium. In addition, each guest is invited to an Evening Manager's Reception featuring complimentary beverages and light hors d'oeuvres.

There are other hotels in the immediate vicinity of the Convention Center, three of which are listed below, as well as a link to one of several hotels downtown Charleston if you so desire; however, we have NOT made arrangements with these hotels.
