T&E Services are utilized during electronic system development and initial operation and to improve the use of currently fielded systems. Military systems must not only meet the mission and requirements set forth by system acquisition agents but must also provide safe, efficient, and effective operations in the most stressful, dangerous, confusing, and harsh environment on earth - the battlefield. The T&E responsibility of ensuring that our military systems are capable of facing this challenge is typically held by agencies that are not directly involved in the development of these systems. The Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Service's Test Directorates are involved in accomplishing this important function. With some of the founders of modern T&E processes and over twelve years of corporate experience, SRC is one of the nation's leading contractors in T&E services.  These services include:

  • Applied Technology Research
  • Testbed Design & Operation
  • Test Design, Planning & Execution
  • Test Architectures & Interfaces
  • Test Support
  • Technical Intelligence Assessments
  • Technology Assessments & Insertion
  • IPC Operations & Maintenance
  • High Performance Computing Operation

SRC is the premiere contractor for the Office of the Secretary of Defense's Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) program, serving as the prime contractor on five of the eleven JT&Es. SRC personnel provide all facets of test and evaluation support on an amazing variety of test topics ranging from global positioning satellite system combat effectiveness to effective distribution of supplies in a wartime environment.

Under the JT&E program, SRC routinely conducts feasibility studies, develops test plans, collects data, and performs post data analysis. SRC also specifies and/or develops the instrumentation for the tests, as well as facilities design and implementation. SRC's critical role is to plan, analyze, and report results for many of the DoD Joint Tests and Evaluations.
