We tackle cyber problems that span across organizations and that require improved tactics, techniques, and procedures to achieve a desired cyber effect. We develop processes for planning and execution of cyber effects, including course of action development and assessment, air tasking order integration, and battle damage assessment. We also support the development of military courses of action for integrated electronic attack, computer network attack, and offensive space control capabilities to achieve offensive effects against an adversary.
