T-45 Touch Thru Metal Multi-Function Color Display
 

SRC's Touch Thru Metal (TTM) Multi-Function Color Display (MFCD) is a drop-in replacement for the monochrome, cathode ray tube (CRT) multi-function display on the Navy T-45 aircraft. The MFCD uses an active matrix, color liquid crystal display with light emitting diode backlighting for optimum visibility from day through night conditions. The solid-state design provides substantially improved performance and reliability with a nearly 50-fold increase in MTBF to 12,000 hours. The TTM  technology allows continuous diagnosis of switch operation with automatic notification of impending failure.

The SRC MFCD is an exact mechanical and electrical form-fit-function replacement for the legacy T-45 display, including duplication of tactile and visual feedback.
