The rapid and seamless exchange of information among law enforcement personnel is essential for solving crimes. Our law enforcement information sharing system, which we developed for the State of South Carolina, is used to identify and locate suspects in various crimes. It is a secure suite of integration open source tools that provide real-time information to the right users and the right time. The tool capabilities include a records management system, gang member case management system, and license plate reader database. The system assists law enforcement officials in locating criminals and police officials credit LEADR with being instrumental in saving victims lives.
